leading Members and the Engineer in charge of the Engines.
The general conclusions at which I have arrived are as
follows:
a. That the supply of water in
extinguishing Fires in Houghtons is not sufficient

be placed under the control of a killed Officer. c. That a competent Inquirer should
be Stained was would devote his whole time to Kessing the Rugines and other apparatus
in proper Giver.
